Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped.

To cancel, email us at help@dreamyhome.online with:

  • Your Order Number (in the subject line)
  • Your Registered Phone Number

⚠️ Incomplete requests or emails missing details will not be processed.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as we usually dispatch orders within 24 hours.


Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

If more than 3 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You provide photo proof (in case of damage)
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • You include a valid proof of purchase

Important Notes

  • No refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
    β†’ Only exchange or store credit is allowed
  • Store credits must be used within 6 months
  • Products that are used, scratched, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
  • If you are not satisfied with quality, only exchange (same or higher value) is allowed β€” no refunds

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • No missing parts or accessories
  • Must include original invoice/order number

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable
  • In case of refunds, return shipping cost will be deducted

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

  • COD orders
  • Sale items
  • Customer dissatisfaction (only exchange allowed)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges & Replacements

We accept exchange or replacement requests within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Replacement delivery time: 5–7 business days
  • Only applicable for:
    • Damaged items
    • Wrong items delivered

Courier & Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to courier issues, we will re-dispatch once at no extra cost (if details were correct)

  • We are not liable for refunds due to courier failures
